About Renault

Renault was founded in 1899 by the brothers Louis, Marcel and Fernand Renault in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris, where the group is still based. It first came to India through a joint venture with Mahindra that built the Logan from 2007, then grew on its own with cars such as the Duster, the Kwid and the Triber, built at its plant near Chennai.
